Project Leader & Strategist
We're looking for a creative, savvy, person who's passionate about helping world changing organizations improve their communications to work as a project leader and social media strategist for our team.
Part of your time will be spent acting as a bridge between our clients and our engineers. You'll manage your projects from their conception and our initial discussions with clients to their delivery. You will be responsible for making sure our clients get a product that achieves their real world goals and that our engineers get the work done on time and on budget. In addition to interfacing with clients and developers, you'll also take a lead role in the conceptualization of the project and will bring in the right players at the right time to maximize efficiency. In addition to great people and communications skills, you'll need a solid understanding of website technology.
The other part of your time will be spent researching social media tools and coming up with great ideas for helping our clients use them to change the world. You'll be our go to source to answer questions about what these and other mediums look like, who's using them, and what can be done on them. We are doing serious work right now with news monitoring systems, so if you are into aggregation, data visualization, and semantic analysis, this position will be especially exciting. We are also building SMS/IM apps to better integrate our tools with mobile devices, continuing to improve multilingual systems, and designing really smart knowledge management tools as custom solutions and in the near future as a hosted service.
